Requirements

2+ years of roofing experience (residential or commercial).
Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety protocols.
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude.
Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Perform roof installations and repairs on residential and/or commercial properties.
Work safely on steep/high-pitch and flat roofs using proper safety equipment.
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Maintain equipment and tools, and keep the job site clean and organized.
Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, materials, and any issues.
