Expert GIS Integration Engineer
About The Position
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom geospatial applications supporting intelligence organizations across test and production environments. Build integration tools and services using RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop file stores, and SOLR indexes to enable mission GEOINT workflows. Develop .NET-based geospatial tools and services; sustain production deployments. Build integrations leveraging RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop, and SOLR Automate workflows using C# and Python; document and brief designs/results. Support enterprise architecture evaluation and technical leadership. Support shift work and deployments as mission requires.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum eight (8) years system integration experience supporting enterprise geospatial solutions.
- Demonstrated experience building custom applications and services in test/production environments.
- Proficiency with C# and Python; familiarity integrating RDBMS/NoSQL/distributed data stores.
- Strong technical documentation and briefing skills; ability to lead and direct technical tasks.
- Active TS/SCI required prior to start; must maintain required accesses.
- Must obtain/maintain applicable DoD 8570.01 baseline certification (per role requirements).
