About The Position

If you enjoy turning data into insights, shaping fair and competitive reward programmes, and working with HR systems in an international environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. In this role, you will support the development, implementation and ongoing management of our Total Rewards programmes across Bauer Media Group. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple countries, helping to ensure our reward practices are competitive, equitable and data-driven.A key focus of the role is analytics, reporting and HRIS, where you will use data visualisation and insights to support informed decision-making. You will also play an important part in salary review cycles, benchmarking activities and labour cost planning, contributing to the continuous evolution of our reward processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in compensation & benefits or a related Total Rewards field within a complex or multinational organisation
  • Strong analytical and data-orientated approach, with advanced Excel and Power BI or Tableau skills
  • Experience or interest in HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • English at a working proficiency level
  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Supporting operational Total Rewards activities, including templates, tracking and stakeholder coordination
  • Conducting grading, benchmarking, internal equity and external competitiveness analyses
  • Consolidating compensation data and producing insightful reports on reward trends and pay equity
  • Visualising data to support clear, data-driven decisions for a range of stakeholders
  • Supporting salary review cycles, merit matrices and labour cost planning
  • Assisting with the development and rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules
  • Supporting the design and management of salary structures, bonus plans and incentive programmes
