In this role, you will support the development, implementation and ongoing management of our Total Rewards programmes across Bauer Media Group. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple countries, helping to ensure our reward practices are competitive, equitable and data-driven.A key focus of the role is analytics, reporting and HRIS, where you will use data visualisation and insights to support informed decision-making. You will also play an important part in salary review cycles, benchmarking activities and labour cost planning, contributing to the continuous evolution of our reward processes.
