If you share our values, we look forward to receiving your application. Your Role As Export Operations Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Export Operations Team. In this position, you will be responsible for :

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in export operations.
• Strong knowledge of ocean and air export operations, with understanding of international shipping procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CargoWise is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments via ocean, air, or truck from origin to destination.
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of shipment information and documentation.
• Track shipments in transit and provide status updates to customers.
• Generate invoices and maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate with vendors and carriers for cost-effective rates and reliable service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, tariffs, and industry best practices; maintain accurate system data.
• Prepare and manage job costing forecasts, payables, receivables, and accruals.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, including FMC and TSA regulations.
