This position is part of the F100 Fleet Integration organization and will have responsibility of supporting International Air Force customers on all Engine Management related issues. As the F100 Engine Manager, you will also assist multiple internal organizations in the overall responsibility for ensuring fleet safety and readiness for all F100 customers.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree with 8 years of engineering, technical or engine management or An advanced degree with 5 years of engineering, technical or engine management experience
  • Scripting experience with Python, R, or VBA
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Engine Management
  • At least 2 years’ experience with military engines, its support systems, and use of Technical Order Data (TOD)
  • 3 years’ experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity working with large data sets and complex data analysis and experience with Data storytelling, communicating actionable insights using data, especially for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience resolving data issues with customers, especially foreign militaries.
  • Technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components.
  • 2+ years’ experience with F100 engine, its support systems, and use of Technical Order Data (TOD).

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert on Jet Engine Maintenance Management Application (JEMMA), an Engine Management system utilized by some F100 customers
  • Responsible for ensuring international customers engine tracking data is correct within JEMMA, identify any data discrepancies, and provide recommended corrective actions
  • Conduct the JEMMA In-Country Engine Health Monitor Annual Comprehensive Review (ICEMACHR), this requires international travel 5-6 times a year
  • Assist SPM’s, ED&F and CSE on International Engine Management related issues such as configuration, life usage, Life Limits, Inspections, Overhauls, TCTO, and historical issues
  • Work closely with Global Trade Compliance to ensure export compliance for licenses/agreements
