About The Position
Train incoming new hires Work with location manager to facilitate cross-training schedules Coach/train fabrication employees on how to improve their skills in order to produce a quality product Back up vacation vacancies as needed Fill in where needed Other tasks and duties as assigned my location manager
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in safety of self of self and others at the facility, including holding customers and contractors responsible for best in class safety
- Produce a quality product with attention to detail
- Ensure orders maintain internal schedule to keep pace to be on time to customer
- Follow directions from manager to complete daily tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities as needed
