Requirements
- 3+ years of fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable standing and moving for 8 to 10+ hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of equipment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery for painting and coating aluminum and steel components
- Load 5’ x 10’ sheets onto cutting tables and import cut files into software
- Operate Laser CNC equipment and manage loading and unloading of parts
- Secure parts through the paint and coating process
- Monitor gauges and equipment to identify issues and make adjustments
- Measure and handle chemicals, coatings, and paints safely
- Operate pre-treatment systems, spray booths, ovens, and powder guns
- Inspect finished parts and communicate any defects or concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
