The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of Cedar Valley Hospice facilities across multiple locations. This role performs building and grounds maintenance, coordinates repairs and vendor services, and manages facility improvements and preventive maintenance, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting a safe, functional environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
