About The Position
The incumbent is responsible for Facilities maintenance inside and outside on the buildings.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: verbal and written; must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- One year of Sit - down forklift
- Powered Industrial Truck license, PA driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, riding tractor, hydraulic recycle baler, trash compactor, snowplow, and various other powered tools and hand tools. Incumbent must be able to perform equipment prestart up inspection forms and follow all safety requirements for the equipment based on manufacturers recommendations.
- Load/unload equipment, materials, recyclables, and other material handling tasks.
- Maintain buildings and grounds. Washing, sweeping, trash pickup, painting, trimming, shoveling, and other maintenance related tasks as needed.
