About The Position
The incumbent is responsible for Facilities maintenance inside and outside on the buildings.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: verbal and written; must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- One year of Sit - down forklift
- Powered Industrial Truck license
- PA driver's license

- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, riding tractor, hydraulic recycle baler, trash compactor, snowplow, and various other powered tools and hand tools.
- Incumbent must be able to perform equipment prestart up inspection forms and follow all safety requirements for the equipment based on manufacturers recommendations.
- Load/unload equipment, materials, recyclables, and other material handling tasks.
- Maintain buildings and grounds.
- Washing, sweeping, trash pickup, painting, trimming, shoveling, and other maintenance related tasks as needed.
