To learn more, visit our benefits and perks page . ______________________________________________________________________ Position Overview: Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 5:00 pm - 5:00 am The Facilities Associate's main responsibility is to follow the daily work schedule for the assigned area. It may include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweep floors, empty/clean wastebaskets and wipe down work areas. This is considered an essential onsite role, which requires regular onsite attendance.

Requirements

• GED/High School Diploma
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment or individually with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
• Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook and perspective
• Self-motivation to maintain a clean work environment throughout the facility
• Capable of working with varying cleaning liquids, powders, sprays, soaps, etc.
• Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

Nice To Haves

• Public sanitation compliance and/or infectious waste control training, preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, furniture, ceilings, bathrooms, meeting rooms, windows, doors, and associated equipment and fixtures
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and strip all floor surfaces
• Collect trash and cardboard throughout the facility and transport to proper location
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc.
• Perform additional cleaning services as required
• Dispose properly of all public sanitation items in compliance with DigiKey's infectious waste control training
