About The Position

Responsible for coordination, collection and distribution of work
orders/preventative maintenance tasks related to building and equipment
maintenance. Dispatches work orders and contacts appropriate vendors for service
when instructed by Facilities Managers. Proficient with computerized maintenance
management software. Processes material orders in Lawson system. Posts/tracks
purchases on purchase order log to ensure budget compliance.
