About The Position

The Facility & Property Services department manages all aspects of UMG’s physical spaces including ensuring a safe and functional office space, maintaining building systems, overseeing large construction projects and repairs, and managing lease strategies and landlord relations. Assist with operational process improvement, project management, and administrative duties related to day-to-day facilities operations Construction projects, and lease management Invoice payment, project tracking, proposal review, lease analysis, systems creation, and strategic operations Assist facilities team with AV requests, maintenance, and office moves

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
  • Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
