About The Position

Join our team at Lincoln Tech in South Plainfield, NJ where we're searching for
a dedicated Facilities Maintenance professional to maintain the high standards
of our facilities. This role involves timely response to work orders, addressing
maintenance issues, and completing assigned projects efficiently. In addition,
you would provide safe transportation of our students to and from our adjacent
parking facility to campus. If you have experience in facilities or commercial
building maintenance and are passionate about ensuring a safe and
well-functioning environment for students and staff, this opportunity is for

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
• General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades
• Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of routine maintenance work
• Service onsite equipment and machinery
• Pick up and Drop off of students from our adjacent parking lot to campus
• Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment
• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required
• Perform inventory control and tracking
