Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations and administrative activities of Facilities and Janitorial staff. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, inventory control of equipment and supplies, and ensures staff is providing and maintaining acceptable maintenance and janitorial practices for the assigned buildings.
