About The Position
Manages maintenance for assigned facilities—planning PMs, coordinating vendors, ensuring safety/compliance, and delivering excellent service levels.
Requirements
- 7+ years facilities/industrial maintenance with 3+ years leadership
- Strong planning, vendor management, and regulatory knowledge
- CMMS proficiency and excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s preferred
- relevant certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop annual PM plans and budgets
- Manage CMMS backlog and work order quality
- Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance for key building systems
- Ensure compliance with life‑safety codes, permits, and inspections; maintain documentation
- Optimize inventory, parts rooms, and procurement with Purchasing
- Lead emergency response and business continuity planning for facilities
- Coach maintenance technicians
- Track KPIs and continuous improvements
