Position Summary Manages maintenance for assigned facilities—planning PMs, coordinating vendors, ensuring safety/compliance, and delivering excellent service levels.

Requirements

7+ years facilities/industrial maintenance with 3+ years leadership.
Strong planning, vendor management, and regulatory knowledge.
CMMS proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop annual PM plans and budgets; manage CMMS backlog and work order quality.
Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance for key building systems.
Ensure compliance with life‑safety codes, permits, and inspections; maintain documentation.
Optimize inventory, parts rooms, and procurement with Purchasing.
Lead emergency response and business continuity planning for facilities.
Coach maintenance technicians; track KPIs and continuous improvements.
