About The Position

Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The Facility Manager oversees the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of facilities to ensure functionality, safety, compliance, and efficiency. The Facility Manager coordinates all physical activities, supervises facility staff and third-party service providers, manages preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensures that all facility services align with contract requirements, and best practices. Requirements

  • Facility Manager, Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • 5 years’ experience. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently and independently and may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Perform facility management duties consistent with the labor category experience requirements.
  • Provide administrative and program support to the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) and other client required programs.
  • Maintain and apply Facility Manager Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification within the scope of assigned duties.
  • Support facility operations coordination for training environments (as applicable).
  • Support activities aligned to the DCWF Network Operations Specialist work role as applicable to facility operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
