About The Position

We need an expert like you who is eager to use your proficient communication skills to manage complex projects that’ll support our clients worldwide. As a facilities professional on our team, you’ll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission-critical projects. In this role, you’ll closely impact National Security by managing complex portfolios of facilities renovations through all phases of the project management life cycle. What You’ll Work On: Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards, and design and space criteria and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients in National Security. Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for challenging organizations. Perform complex activities for the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization. Prepare and review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility. Advise clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, facility, and individual space requirements. Requirements

  • Experience supporting client facilities organizations across a range of facilities tasks
  • Ability to manage the operational tracking of all client space allocations, track quarterly space data trends, prepare financial data based on space allocation, and maintain a drawing and database repository depicting component space allocations and associated costs
  • Ability to assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing facilities budget execution requirements
  • Ability to provide a variety of facility project management services support to client facility occupants
  • Ability to provide guidance on a range of facilities project issues, including consideration of risk and impact on client-owned and leased facilities and infrastructure
  • Ability to update and maintain documentation in direct support of client facilities
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using software tools, including Archibus, Builder, Microsoft Access, or Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree
