Requirements

  • Ability to uphold our core values and follow policies and procedures.

  • Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to the resident’s bill of rights.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary contact for Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
  • Always provide an outstanding hospitality experience to residents and associates.
  • Coordinate the activities of the Facility Services Department.
  • Answer phones, take requests, relay messages, and respond to email inquiries from residents and associates.
  • Create and maintain a database of customer needs.
  • Process and submit weekly billable work orders.
  • Follow up with residents daily to assess the quality of service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
