We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and self-motivated person, responsible for leading the Collierville factory finance team and business partnering to deliver operating results for the company. The ideal candidate will have accounting and finance experience supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation. Overall, this position will provide financial leadership across our Collierville factory which includes support of the monthly close & forecast process, annual plan, variance analysis, KPI tracking & reporting, identifying and driving factory productivity and overall management support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of finance experience, including at least 2 years hands‑on in an operations environment such as manufacturing, distribution, or logistics; Or, Master’s degree with 5+ years of finance experience, including at least 2 years hands‑on in an operations environment such as manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
  • 2+ years experience of people management.

  • Proven experience across financial operations, FP&A, manufacturing finance, and cost accounting, supported by strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive year-over-year productivity and performance improvements in operations environment, with a strong bias for action and execution.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and influence finance teams within complex, cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Finance site leader and business partner to the Collierville operations leader.
  • Provide leadership, while working in partnership with the plant leadership team to drive year-over-year plant productivity across labor, burden and cost of poor-quality metrics.
  • Lead the annual business plan cycle, including the establishment of financial targets, metrics, and guidelines; calendar of submissions and reviews; coordination of functional team submissions
  • Manage, direct and coordinate the monthly financial close and forecast, weekly productivity reporting, with a focus on leading the site team to achieve their financial commitments and helping drive countermeasures where needed.
  • Lead project-based financial analysis and modeling to support profitability and productivity projects
  • Partner with Carrier’s Cost Accounting Center-of-Excellence on cost accounting and E&O activities for the site.
  • Responsible for internal controls, fixed assets and all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements including documentation, testing and remediation efforts
  • Ensure preparation of financial information is in accordance with GAAP and prepares company for internal & external audits
  • Provide oversight and direction to plant finance team employees with a focus on their development and supporting the needs of the factory.
