Job Summary The Faith Partnership Manager leads the development and growth of strategic church and faithbased partnerships that advance Food for the Hungry’s mission. This role translates organizational priorities into meaningful, mutually beneficial engagement strategies that mobilize churches through giving, advocacy, prayer, and active participation in global impact initiatives. The Faith Partnership Manager builds trusted relationships with pastors, church leaders, and faith influencers. Through strategic relationship management, insight-driven engagement planning, and thoughtful stewardship, this role strengthens long-term partnerships and drives sustainable revenue growth within the faith sector. Skills & Competencies • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse audiences • Ability to build credibility, influence decision-making, and foster long-term partnerships • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable engagement plans • Experience managing portfolios, pipelines, or partnership lifecycles to achieve measurable growth outcomes • Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills • Clear and compelling verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation experience • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
