About The Position

The Family Ministry Coordinator plays a vital role in the smooth and effective operation of all Family Ministry programs. This position supports both Family Ministry teams by ensuring Sunday mornings run seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Sunday Morning Support: Provide on-site assistance for Family Ministry programming.
  • Manage check-in systems and weekly attendance reports.
  • Receive and manage food deliveries for Sunday morning events.
  • Provide hands-on help for all Faith Milestone events.
  • Sunday evening support for Student Ministry including any tech assistance
  • Administrative and Registration Support: Create, edit, and maintain registrations for Family Ministry events.
  • Proofread and test registration forms for accuracy and functionality.
  • Become a champion in TouchPoint, Asana, EMS, and other Peachtree Church Systems.
  • Manage these systems for the Family Ministry team.
  • Facilitate all background checks for volunteers (including checking referrals)
  • Facility and Hospitality Oversight: Conduct daily checks for EMS (Event Management System) service requests, ensuring all rooms are properly set and prepared.
  • Attend weekly Hospitality Meetings to confirm event setups are accurate and complete.
  • Rotate and maintain library resources, including refreshing books and toys for families.
