Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in-home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one-on-one in-home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in behavioral health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families! The Family (Crisis) Support Coordinator works one-to-one with youth between the ages of 2-17, in a natural setting: home, school, group home, foster care, or kinship placement. Staff work with a caseload of 3-5 individuals, teaching essential life and emotional regulation skills, behavior reduction, anger management, coping with trauma-related behaviors, and communication techniques to help youth succeed at home, in school and in the community. Other job duties include working with the Child/Family Team, intakes, case management, and chart maintenance/documentation. We provide mileage reimbursement, work equipment (phone and laptop), and work schedule based on the individual/family needs. Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.10 / hr Full Time and Part Time Schedules: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday; ability to work afternoons/nights (as late as 8:30pm) Ability to commute throughout Maricopa County utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement); Extra coverage needed for the West Valley and East Valley/Mesa areas
