About The Position

Job Summary.... The Family Support Worker (FSW) provides information and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals to community resources. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference.... Function as part of a team Provide information and educational resources to Family Members Assist families in identifying local resources to meet individual family needs Host parent and Youth Support groups Must have flexibility in job schedule to meet operation hours of the FRC; ability to work afternoon/evening hours Driving is required

Requirements

Experience working with youth and families
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Computer Skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working with educational systems preferred
Additional languages are desirable

Responsibilities
