The FAST Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Family Assessment Support Team (FAST) In-Home Services Program and Family Care staff, who provide direct services and engagement to the children and families at risk of a removal episode. The FAST Supervisor mentors and supports Family Care staff to engage families by providing strength-based and solution-focused services aimed at restoring families in crisis to an acceptable level of functioning and ensuring the protection of unsafe children that are at risk of abuse or neglect. As appropriate, the FAST Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Engagement Specialists, who provides and/or oversees clinical services to the family, to help the family remain intact.
