About The Position

The Manager, Campaigns provides project management and operational coordination in support of the Hoag Hospital Foundation’s (HHF) philanthropic campaigns, including the upcoming comprehensive campaign. Reporting to the Executive Director of Campaigns (ED), this role will organize, track, and execute campaign‑related projects and activities to ensure work moves forward smoothly, on schedule, and in alignment with the strategies established by HHF and campaign leadership. This position is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross‑departmental workflows, preparing materials, supporting donor and volunteer engagement, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting. The Program Manager plays a key role in keeping campaign operations organized and efficient in alignment with established strategies and goals.
