Senior Account Executive: Manages and grows client relationships, leads sales campaigns, and develops strategies to meet revenue goals. Key responsibilities include prospecting new business, negotiating contracts, creating proposals, overseeing cross-functional business partners, using CRM and sales tools to track progress. A bachelor's degree, proven sales success, and strong communication and strategic skills are requirements. Knowledge of Clari, SFDC, Tableau and MEDDICC are a plus. Requirements

  • Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven success as an account executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical proficiency: Expertise in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales management tools and abilities to lead high level use case conversations.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry and market trends is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, lead pitches and proposals, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer successes and overall account management success.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and rates to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Track progress, manage client budgets and billing, and provide detailed reports to leadership (Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews).
