The Federal Customer Account Representative supports the Federal field sales organization while serving as a key point of continuity for assigned customer territories. This role focuses on pipeline support, customer engagement, post-sale coordination, and ongoing account healthâhelping ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for federal customers throughout the account lifecycle. This position works in close partnership with Federal Account Executives, partners, and internal delivery teams to support growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
