About The Position

Support the Spa operation of the outlet through timely restocking and cleaning of lockers / treatment rooms, engage in polite, responsive, and timely interaction with guests and coworkers including basic treatment menu, in addition to other responsibilities as directed by supervisor while maintaining a positive attitude that contributes to the team environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as all state and federal laws
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per hotel standards
  • Adhere to hotel policies including but not limited to attendance, safety, behavior
  • Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in The United States
  • High school or equivalent education required

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: 1-2 years as housekeeping or spa attendant
  • Current Food Handlers Card

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, folding towels / sheets, cleaning lockers, sanitizing tables, guest items, implementation tools etc.
  • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of beverage stations and appropriate supplies
  • Execute fabulous guest service
  • Assist therapist with basic treatment preparation or tools and supplies and maintain prep area
  • Prepare basic, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, water, iced tea, etc.
  • Restock locker room amenities, clean/ clear used supplies, maintain stock of towels, sheets, etc.
  • Maintain back of house supplies and areas in compliance with both city and state sanitation standards
  • Other duties assigned by management
