About The Position

Join a team that takes pride in delivering unparalleled luxury, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest. The Female Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting and escorting female guests into the spa upon arrival, and providing tours of the locker room, spa amenities, and lounges. They will keep the spa facilities clean and stocked throughout the day, while assisting with spa guests' needs in accordance with Forbes standards. Pay range is an hourly base plus commission (based on gratuities/service charges)

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent required

Nice To Haves

One year experience in the operation of the locker room and facilities area helpful
First Aid and CPR training desired, but not necessary

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet each guest and issue robe, slippers, and a locker.
Overview/orientation of facilities will be provided for all guests.
Replenishes guest amenities, products, and towels when necessary.
Maintains a presence in the spa facilities, acting as a liaison between service providers and guests.
Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the spa and fitness center.
Removes all used linen and organizes/stocks clean linen in the locker room and facilities area.
Escorts guests to the proper lounge for their services.
Check lounges and meditation courtyard frequently to respond to guest needs, ensuring a pleasant visit for each guest.
Stays up-dated and becomes well-versed/trained in the latest developments pertinent to your department, the spa, and the hotel.
Attends all departmental, spa and property meetings and training sessions.
Must be able to push/pull 25 lbs.
