Superior Fence and Rail is seeking experienced, professional Subcontracting Crews to partner with us for residential and commercial installations across the Minneapolis area. We provide the materials and stable work—you provide the skill and equipment. What We Provide Consistent Volume: Steady workflow throughout the season with high-volume opportunities in peak months. Material Support: All fencing materials and consumables are prepped, pulled, and ready for daily pickup at our warehouse. Technology: Easy access to project and site details through our iPad-based Installer Application. Weekly Pay: Reliable, on-time payments, calculated on a competitive per-foot rate. Requirements

• Experience: Proven history in fence installation.
• Equipment: Own a reliable truck and a trailer capable of hauling 15,000 lbs, along with all necessary tools.
• Compliance: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
• Insurance: Must carry insurance and workers’ compensation that meets our requirements.
• Physicality: Ability to handle heavy lifting (80+ lbs) and perform demanding outdoor work.
• Communication: English speaking crew lead onsite at all times.

Responsibilities

• Full-Scale Installation: Expertly install vinyl, aluminum, steel, wood, and chain-link fencing with precision according to Superior Fence and Rail standards.
• Crew Management: Lead your own team to complete projects safely and according to schedule.
• Site Preparation: Verify fence locations, layout lines, and ensure work areas are safe from utility disruptions.
• Professionalism: Represent the brand through high-integrity work and proactive communication with customers and Superior Fence and Rail.
