About The Position

Sunbelt’s Regional Manager equips our team for success through leadership that empowers team members to make it happen for our customers. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency within assigned territory by developing business and market strategies to drive growth and profitability, engage and motivate employees, ensure employees are in the right positions, provide sales leadership and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience managing on the district level plus 2 years of Sales experience
This position requires up to 75% travel
Employees must be able and willing to travel as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job
