About The Position

What You’ll Be Responsible For Spend significant time in the field supporting OSP fiber construction activities Manage OSP fiber construction projects from design review through closeout Oversee OSP contractors, construction crews, and field inspectors Review and correct engineering designs, field changes, and as-built documentation Support long-haul fiber construction, including: Rural plowing City and rural boring Trenching and related construction methods Track daily field production, materials usage, and permit compliance Identify and resolve construction and design issues on-site Coordinate with Engineering, Permitting, Vendors, and internal Operations teams Provide consistent updates on project progress, risks, and schedules Support billing documentation, job acceptance packages, and cost tracking

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR review
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Full-time position
  • Office-based when required with frequent and expected field time
  • Company truck provided
  • Occasional travel within adjacent markets
