The Field Enablement Manager partners closely with regional Sales leadership to drive sales execution and performance improvement. This role focuses on improving how reps and managers execute in live pipeline and active deals—by reinforcing consistent deal standards, improving manager coaching, and driving adoption of core sales workflows. This is a field-embedded role designed to influence day-to-day selling behavior, not a content production or standalone training role. We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 2 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Solon office.
