About The Position
The Field Helper supports the Land / Property Manager with hands-on field operations across company-owned properties. This role focuses on property upkeep, inspections, basic maintenance, and on-site project support to ensure assets remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or similar field work preferred
- Ability to operate basic tools and maintenance equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day field operations across company properties
- Conduct routine property checks and report maintenance or safety issues
- Perform basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and property clean-up
