THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE 70% OF TRAVEL TIME - The candidate must be based in New York As the Field Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing our Designated Selling Associate network across multiple regions. This includes collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing training and support to improve agent productivity, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments within the company, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure the success of our DSA program.
