As a Field Marketing Manager on the Marketing team, you will own the content and asset engine that brings Rillet’s community and events motion to life. This team builds programs that connect Rillet with CFOs, finance leaders, and operators in the real world. You will translate those programs into compelling, conversion-oriented marketing assets that directly drive attendance, engagement, and pipeline. You will be the connective tissue between community, events, demand generation, and brand. You will turn event strategy into concrete outputs. You will own the creation of event landing pages, email campaigns, social content, partner co-marketing assets, and on-site materials. Your work will directly influence how many of the right people show up and what they do next. We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.
