Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader, and our Minneapolis team is looking for an experienced Field Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our production team, installers, and customers. As a Field Operations Specialist, you are the "boots on the ground" ensuring every project meets our gold standard. Your day will be a mix of logistics, quality control, and customer relations.

Requirements

Customer Service: Proven experience managing in-person customer interactions with a high level of professionalism.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors.
Clean Record: Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
Trailer Skills: Comfortable driving and maneuvering a trailer.
Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that others miss.
A Natural Communicator: You can explain technical details to customers and give clear directions to crews.
Self-Sufficient: You can read plans and execute tasks with little-to-no supervision.
Reliable: You have a stable job history and a positive, "get-it-done" attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the fencing industry.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Forklift certification.
Strong tech/computer skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to install teams, confirm specifications are followed, and perform walkthroughs with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Pick up and deliver materials and assist with warehouse.
Make minor fence adjustments/repairs on-site and operate forklifts/machinery as needed.
Develop deep expertise in industry standards, products, and proprietary processes.
