About The Position

The Field Real Estate Manager at LPL Financial Corp is responsible for the strategic management and execution of real estate initiatives across a designated portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate financial principles and market analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 20%)

  • Real Estate license or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, MCR)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies for a defined geographical region or business unit.
  • Manage all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiation (new, renewals, and expansions), acquisitions, dispositions, and property management.
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to support real estate decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee landlord relationships and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations, facilities) to ensure seamless real estate project execution.
  • Prepare and manage real estate budgets, forecasting expenses and identifying variances.
  • Ensure all real estate activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate real estate-related risks.
  • Provide regular reporting on real estate portfolio performance to senior management
