About The Position

The Field Real Estate Manager at LPL Financial Corp is responsible for the strategic management and execution of real estate initiatives across a designated portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management, preferably within a corporate environment.
Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of real estate financial principles and market analysis techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 20%)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies for a defined geographical region or business unit.
Manage all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiation (new, renewals, and expansions), acquisitions, dispositions, and property management.
Conduct market research and financial analysis to support real estate decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee landlord relationships and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations, facilities) to ensure seamless real estate project execution.
Prepare and manage real estate budgets, forecasting expenses and identifying variances.
Ensure all real estate activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate real estate-related risks.
Provide regular reporting on real estate portfolio performance to senior management
