Full-time teammates typically earn $1,200–$2,500+ per bi-weekly pay period depending on performance, schedule availability, and sales ability. INTERVIEW PROCESS: 5-10 minute phone screening to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. 15-30 minute “In-Person Interview” with Management to review role details, responsibilities, and team dynamics. Requirements

- Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old (insurance requirement).
- Driver's License: Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary.
- Physical Capability: Must lift up to 75+ lbs. frequently.
- Relevant Background: Experience in delivery, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
