The Cryptologic Carry-on Program (CCOP), a full lifecycle systems provider, demonstrates Naval Information Warfare's (NIWC's) ability to respond rapidly to emerging threats. CCOP's family of systems are scalable to platform, re-configurable to mission, modular (plug and play), and dynamically re-programmable to support new threats. By using CCOP, the Navy has the ability to field innovative capabilities to respond to emerging threats within 10 days of notification. CCOP's wide range of capabilities include engineering support, software development, integration, testing, technical writing, cybersecurity (administration, policy and engineering), production, technical support, warehousing, drafting, repair and management. CCOP systems often become SSEE program of record incorporated components. As a Fleet Electronic Support (FES) Technician, this individual performs a variety of complex technical functions in support of the CCOP and FES activity such as design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of electronic systems.
