You’ll lead and develop staff, strengthen processes, partner closely with sales teams, and implement strategies that elevate performance and customer satisfaction. Your day will be a combination of team leadership, operational planning, and strategic problem‑solving. You’ll manage technicians across multiple locations, review performance metrics, address operational challenges, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with sales teams to validate project feasibility, act as an escalation point for urgent customer needs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and boost quality.
