About The Position

Play a key role in supporting end users by ensuring their technology runs smoothly and reliably. We’re seeking a hands‑on Desktop Support Technician with strong hardware experience to provide day‑to-day technical support in a fast‑paced, professional environment. What You’ll Be Doing Provide day-to-day desktop and hardware support for end users Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals Resolve Windows-related issues and accurately document incidents for escalation Support wireless devices, printers, and basic networking connectivity Deliver high-quality customer service while supporting users onsite

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on hardware and desktop support experience (required)
  • Experience setting up and supporting workstations
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, hardware, and peripheral issues
  • Prior desktop/hardware support experience is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Desktop troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting Windows in a corporate or professional setting
