As a Field Support Manager, you will be entrusted with supervising and mentoring a team of Energy Specialists, providing them feedback on effectiveness and improvement areas. You would also support, recruit, training and assist weatherization, HVAC and home services contractors distributors, manufacturer representatives, retailers and other market actors collectively known as trade allies. In addition, you would work directly with Portland residents to support energy efficiency projects with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Relationships with and the motivation of trade allies, customers, and program partners is a key element of the position, which requires local travel.
