About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable – Wil-Ro and Turtleback
  • Receive all vendor invoices and match item receipts
  • Reconcile credit card payments for purchases without item receipts
  • Schedule payments by check or credit card
  • Update vendor contact information and payment information
  • Accounts Receivable – Wil-Ro and Turtleback
  • Receive customer payments; cash, check, credit card, or ACH
  • Deposit check payments
  • Maintain the AR Aging report for accuracy
  • Update customer contact information
  • Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements
  • Lead collection efforts for past due or delinquent accounts
  • Procurement – Turtleback
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Receiving all vendor invoices and matching item receipts
  • Update and maintain product lists in QBO to properly reflect items purchased and costs
  • Assist in preparing monthly inventory by helping with physical counts and item cost data
  • Manage the uniform program for both Wil-Ro and Turtleback
  • Manage the uniform vendor relationship
  • Verify and input all invoices
  • Support in the accurate calculation of weekly deductions for Team Members
  • Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate team members
  • Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees
  • Prepare weekly reports related to AR / AP / Customer Deposits / Vendor invoice status
  • Coordinate with Wil-Ro’s Business Administrator to assure daily shipping plan is achieved
