Requirements

• Proven Automotive F&I experience (required)
• A track record of driving results, not just maintaining them
• High accountability, high energy, and a competitive mindset
• CDK experience is a must
• Finance: 5+ years (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Finance Director or leadership experience (strongly preferred)
• Role is for a Spinning Director

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold your F&I team accountable to elite performance standards
• Drive production, product penetration, and maximize profitability
• Partner with Sales Management to structure and close more deals
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
• Track KPIs and push continuous improvement across the board
