Job Overview The Finance Manager (PACE) is responsible for assisting with financial strategies to maximize AltaMed's performance and value for the PACE program. As a business support role within AltaMed’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, the Finance Manager (PACE) will assist the PACE program with the development and execution of the annual budget, financial planning and forecast models, and operating results analyses, and develop strategies to improve financial performance. In addition, the Finance Manager (PACE) will prepare financial reports as required by State and Federal government entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years of experience in healthcare/managed care finance and/or related.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of experience in healthcare/managed care finance, with 5 years of experience in a PACE environment, are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
