Financial Operations Assistant (Non-Exempt) Job Summary Anders Group is seeking a detail-obsessed, process-driven Financial Operations Assistant to bridge contract management, state licensing, and operational compliance. This role knows the entire staffing process from candidate and client contracts (staffing agreements, client confirmations, master services agreements) to contract term governance and stewards the full project process in Salesforce— from creation through audit and continuous improvement. The Financial Operations Assistant also conducts assorted data analyses (sales, gross profit, billing and payroll) and serves as a backup for Billing & Payroll, so a working knowledge of those processes is essential. What this role does every day: Own the Salesforce project process: create records, route for approval, track milestones, and perform end-to-end audits for accuracy and compliance. Perform assorted data analyses to support decision-making (e.g., sales performance, gross profit trends, billing and payroll reconciliations) and deliver actionable reports. Manage state business registrations and Nursing Pool licenses; track renewal calendars and maintain documentation. Serve as trained backup for Billing & Payroll; follow documented workflows to ensure continuity during coverage needs.
