Financial Operations Supervisor-Disbursements $63,273-$78,447 minimum starting pay Job Level - Supervisor Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. What You Will Be Doing: Oversee disbursements and reconciliation of cash suspense accounts. Responsible for company issued credit cards, 1099 reporting, and B-Notices. Supervise staff that maintain subsidiary records for agent deducts, agent’s other income, return checks and co-op advertising. Responsible for timely reconciliation of bank accounts for all Shelter Companies. Coordinate outstanding check project, due diligence, and escheatment. Coordinates the completion and filing of personal property reports and timely payment of personal property taxes.
